Can I customize the survey?

Yes, to a certain degree. Within the app’s dashboard, you can customize the colors of the text, background, and action buttons.

If you would like to make further customization that is within the limitations of CSS, you are free to do so right within the app. Post Purchase has a setting where you can write your own custom CSS.

Other settings such as layout and format of the questions are not user settable.

How much does the app cost?

The app’s pricing plan can be found on our pricing page. We have a free tier with no time limit so you can take advantage of what the app has to offer. The free tier is limited to 20 orders per 30 days.

How does the app bill me?

All billing is done through your existing Shopify invoice, which you get from Shopify every 30 days. We do not handle any credit card information.

Can I get a refund if I decide I don’t want to use the app anymore?

We don’t offer refunds. However, once you downgrade your plan, we will refund you any unused portions of the prepaid (per 30 days) plan.

As per Shopify’s policies, these refunds will appear on your Shopify invoice as application credits which you can use toward any other apps in the Shopify app store.
